Good product, fast delivery.
If you use hex files made by others(not coompiled by you) DON'T PANIC your product is still working even if the leds are not blinking like they should. :)

Dose work its brill and if you get the rrod after a bit just Do up the screws some more and if still the same the chips need reflowing

After a month of running the xbox I got the RROD again. I disassembled the xbox, reassembled it but I still have the RROD. I guess this doesn't work on my system sadly.

Make sure you set the resistance before you install it! mine was dangerously low! it should be no lower than 2.8k! or you risk burning out the laser. 3.2k is a good settings for a new laser !

I am delighted with you guys. My sons 360 was giving dirty disc problems so i bought this laser from you and fitted it, hey presto all his games work. Only thing i might add and it is in no way.....
