Why did i not get a payment this month yet I know people bought via my links?
Affiliate payments are paid 30 days in arrears from a sale. This means you are effective always paid a month in arrears.

Why are payments made a month in arrears?
This is to ensure that any fraudulant or refunded orders are dealt with which result in a cancelled sale against your affiliate account.

Ok I have waited over 30 days now and still not a payment yet i know people used my affilate links?
No payments are made until the total value of your individual affiliate order payments reach 25 GB Pounds for a month. Dont worry no amounts are lost they are just held in account until they accrue the required amount

What currency do you pay in?
All affiliate payments are made in GB Pounds.

Can you pay me with paypal?
No as PayPal's fee make this an unrealistic proposition.

How can you pay me then?
We can make payments either by cheque or bank transfer. Please be aware an international bank transfer will incur additional charges which will be deducted from your affiliate payment amount.

When can I expect payment?
We normally process the affiliate payments on the 10th of every month and payments are issued within 5 working days of this process.
