Team Xecuter have designed this nice little addon for the CoolRunner that enables you to select multiple CAP options for a cleaner signal and improved RGH boot times. Simply solder between A and GND and select up to 5 different CAP values to achieve your desired glitch performance. This addon can be used on all versions of the CoolRunner, as well as other RGH devices. This device is meant for cleaning the PLL_BYPASS signal which is point A on a CoolRunner.
